Mr. Vijaya Raghavan

Mr. Vijayaraghavan is the Chairman of the Board of Intertec. He has over 35 years of experience in IT industry in India and abroad. He recently retired as Chairman and Managing Director of an established Bangalore based IT company. His rich experience includes international marketing, development of new line of business, organizational development and all aspects of building a successful IT company. In particular, he has extensive experience of international markets and offshore outsourcing. Mr. Vijayaraghavan holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Mr. T. S Ravi Chandar

Mr. Ravi is one of the founders and Managing Director of the company. He has extensive experience of over 25 years in the Information Technology industry. He has developed over 15 products for the international market. His experience spans work with organizations in the USA, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Mr. Phil Brooks

Mr. Phil Brooks is a successful technocrat with business spanning Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Currently Mr. Brooks is the Group CEO of the TuringSMI Group of companies, which has global operations. Mr.Brooks holds degrees in engineering and management. After leaving the Royal Navy where he studied for his engineering qualifications, Mr. Brooks spent much of his career developing his expertise in the field of computing from both a technical perspective and a management perspective. In particular, he has extensive experience of international markets and offshore outsourcing.

Mr. B. K. Amarnath

Mr. B.K. Amarnath has over twenty-five years of professional experience in Corporate Business Management including Financial, Re-engineering, Merger and Acquisition’s, Cross-Border Advisory and Investment Banking Services. Mr. Amarnath holds degree in Commerce and Fellowship of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. P Srinivas

Mr. Srinivas has over forty years of experience in manufacturing and management. Mr.Srinivas is the Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. Rapsri Engineering Industries Limited established in 1971 and has wide experience in managing medium and large export oriented industry. Mr. Srinivas is a graduate in Physics from the Saugar University in Madhya Pradesh. He has a Diploma in Rolling Mill Technology and has attended the three-tier training program of IIM-Ahmedabad.

Mr.M.V.Santhanam

Santhanam has over 35 years of expertise in commerce and law, having served in both private and public sector companies. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. V. Gopala Krishnan Chettiar

Mr. Gopala Krishnan Chettiar has been running various industries for about 30 years, has wide experience of managing small and medium industries.
